Thanks for publishing my comments, I am "A UK reader says older workers are still around in IT - because they're capable:"

I meant every word I said and believe there is a huge untapped resource out there becuause of ageism.

Lets not forget it goes both ways, I once caused amazement, (and serious concern to my M.D.) because I gave a 17yr old a position in sales. He proved to be very successful and at 22 formed his own Company and I believe retired at 34!

There should be no room for age, sex, colour or creed discrimination in Today's World
