Regarding the tips at the end of your article, accepting swingeing pay cuts when I am as ,or more, competent than someone younger seems like acquiescence in ageism rather than foiling ageists. As for grey hair - what to do - starting using Grecian 2000 or chop it all off? What happened to dignity - we need to change attitudes of the employers, who are doubtless not immune to the aging process themselves
