Hmmmm ... now here is a dilemma. I have found ageism rife particularly by 20 something 'recruitment consultants'. So I set up my own consultancy and you're right the grey hairs certainly work, but I'm advising the very people who were beating me at job interviews who are clearly paying to learn their experience from me. If I play this right I should be earning long into my dotage.
