I use HP products at home and at work and love them, but there is a BIG problem. Customer care is abysmal, epecially for individuls like me who want to speak to a person on the othe rend of the phone, not trawl through endless webside help pages that actually don't help, just raise the blood pressure some more. They come across as being far too big for their boots, and totally consumer unfriendly
