hoteling doesn't seem new to me. pwc us has been hoteling since about 1999. space availability is based on first come/first serve, you "check yourself in", and the space is based on your staff level. you can hotel at any pwc office in the us. phone hook up to your regular phone is only available in your "home" office - but anyone can call and "find" you at your hotel number.
