No industry should grind someone down 24/7. What are you Eric, a slave? Get a new job and then you will have got a new life too, which you clearly need! As for baby, enjoy him, he will soon grow up and still be a pain, but you will love him still. That' what it is all aboutt, parenting and career - taking the rough with the smooth.
