"Individuals who have the ability to use technology to solve problems in business and public administration ..."

Except that - when they emerge from graduate school, it is too early to know if they CAN solve the problems! OK, a little unfair but all that can be hoped is their abilty to solve problems set for them and to have showed initiative.

Fortunately, it is cheaper to buy the young ones yet to prove themselves, than to buy those who have already proved that they "... have the ability to use technology to solve problems in business and public administration"

I am not biased as I am not in this particular, nor have I ever been. But I have seen this kind of PLC statement ebfore!
