Tech-savvy kids are right to seek a balance of work and play. I have seen the results of the "work first and foremost" culture and found it far from ideal. It is a worry though that the tech-savvy kids are inclined to seek instant answers. The workplace has too few people who are prepared to look beyond the immediate need and known answers to challenge the norm and find the better solution.
