The fact that 5.7% of women resigned means nothing without something to compare it too - how many men resigned in the same time? Of those, how many left the industry and how many simply moved on? High resignation figures may be a sign of a fluid market, with people changing jobs rather than being promoted internally. The statistics presented in this report seem very one sided and deliberately misleading without giving matching statistics for men.
