I disagree with the previous comments. If you read this article carefully enough, it has all the correct points to ensure that you give yourself the best chance of finding your next role. I've used the points described previously when moving jobs and they worked for me. Keep it concise (I find 2 pages is enough). If I was interviewing, the last thing I would want is a novel - I'd file it in the bin. Sorry guys!
