one of my clients is a "tech savvy" user, and looking after their equipment is a nightmare

I've just had a request to bump up the memory in the PC fleet and the audit of the systems shows just about every manufacturer and memory type available in use, some of which are so old that it's very difficult to find the components

it's certainly trebled and quadrupled my workload for what should be a simple job
