I agree that it is 'early days'.
We will see contracts not renewed and projects deferred. There might not be a big cut back but a slow reduction will soon be evident.
This recession has a long way to go and even when it is over, IT will not be the first to bounce back.
Some of us remember what happened in 1989/92.
