I guess the question that goes with this though is how long will it take for the institutional mechansisms of the country to catch up? How will the tax man track someone who claims to hold multiple primary jobs? How does the credit agency deal with someone who has had 18 jobs in two years and currently holds 7 - none of which are long term? How do those who don't live in a highly connected city fit into this new environment? Interesting stuff but i think the future market will be constrained by external factors for a long while yet
