Have read several of your posts Karen, and I categorically agree with every one of them.
Was made redundant at 37. Spent some time reskilling into newer technologies, because my company did'nt understand the meaning of the word, and after two years of fruitless job searching found myself staring into the abyss. Ring ...ring ... how old did you say you were sir? ... click-brrrrrr... hello? hello?
Lots of experience and top quals, forced out in the end. Electrician nowdays. Good advice for any school leaver too, become a plumber. RIP UK IT.
