Sinclair Montrose, a health services provider, is ready to tender for NHS contracts with the acquisition of the ASA Locums agency.
The £11m purchase gives Sinclair Montrose control over specialist staff such as physiotherapists and speech therapists. Sinclair Montrose, which already offers nurses, doctors and operating theatre staff via its existing agencies, believes its interests are now broad enough for NHS clients, which demand a comprehensive range of services in one contract.
