US District Court Judge Jackson Penfield has ruled that the pre-trial hearing for the antitrust case between the US Department of Justice and Microsoft is to be moved.
The judge decided at 7.30pm EST that the hearing would be postponed from 11.00am EST to 2.00pm EST on Thursday, so that both sides could have more time to prepare their cases.
