Harris takes Apple to court over Newton

Harris Corp is suing Apple Computer for $17m, claiming it ended up out of pocket when Apple dropped its handheld device - the Newton - in February 1997.

Harris claims it licensed the technology from Apple and had signed a deal for $10m to provide Ameritech with the devices.
