IT Relief, the industry-led initiative to raise money for good causes, took a step closer to realising its 1999 fundraising target when it secured £25,000 in a single day.
Organisers of IT Relief have set themselves a goal of £150,000, with all proceeds going to KIDS, the UK-based charity for children with special needs.
A 'phone day' held at Packard Bell's UK HQ in Maidenhead, focused on IT Relief's chief fundraising activity, the Hollywood Nights Charity Ball. Taking place on Friday 8 October at the London Hilton, Park Lane, the 'Hollywood film classics evening' is for 800 guests.
If you are interested in attending the ball or wish to find out more about IT Relief sponsorship, call or fax the IT Relief hotline on 0704 4000 989 or email ball@itrelief.org
