Following the stock market volatility of the last few days, IT healthcare specialist MediDesk is to postpone its planned flotation.
The company has been preparing an IPO on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and has blamed the delay on recent stock market conditions.
The company said in a statement that it has recently been in talks with potential trade partners regarding alliances. It will pursue these discussions further before taking a decision on the timing for a floatation or further private equity funding.
