I'd be rather interested in seeing a copy of a basic set of compliance rules. Possibly a 'do's' and 'dont's' type list to help with accessibility checks.
So far, my efforts at finding an easy to digest list of criteria have turned up a plethora of excessively long-winded legal documents.
Even the official Worldwide Web Consortium site seems to be a bit 'indirect' about the specifics involved. A good and simple list is what's needed.
