e-government is structured to make the system easier and more efficient to use by many users but the question that needs to be asked is what is wrong with the old system this is not replacing the old system but an introduction of a new method. It is not fair to think that everyone is computer literate i think with the rate of technology is going no one can match the speed of being computer literate.
