They say all subsequent versions have been implement ok. But as a payroll software supplier we submitted our test to this system in October (the earliest date possible). The test system has been down until early January and now the NI staff are unsure as to whether the normal Febuary cutoff will be extended.

Also the new systems allowing XML submission of data has had problems with the test environment. We have recieved multiple E-mails form the SDS team report that the test services are unavailable.
