I agree about the age & sex discrimination. I am male, over 45 & cannot get back into IT work. Agencies and younger managers can only cope with people who match their expectations. I'm not surprised by the agencies, but turning down skilled & experienced workers shows poor management from companies who explicitly state the need for skills & experience. Guess they just love that learning curve - or is that a definition of stupidity?
