I agree with Karen. I'm over 40 and so "over qualified" they laugh, fired because it was cheaper to hire the Grads. They make mistakes, too. Correcting those mistakes can then be sold as "Improvements". THus getting more revenue, and paying nothing. I, too, have had to start my own business after getting no help from the Government (26 weeks @ £52. I was told "you should have saved more!!!")
