I agree with Robert. If the companies who advertise by using spammers were to be held accountable for any spam sent on their behalf, the practice would soon dwindle.

Problem is, how do you actually find a bootleg pharmacy in the Philipines when the only address you have is a URL or email address, and who would be responsible for taking them to task over it, the government of the country of origin?
