Hey, great news! Those subscribing to the London Action Plan have agreed to, "Encourage communication and co-ordination between agencies to achieve an efficient and effective enforcement". Obviously this coupled with a "Regular conference calls" is going to sound the death-knell for spam.
I hope those intending the conference thoroughly enjoyed the dinners, sightseeing trips and other recreational activities which were no doubt necessary as a break from the arduous task of drafting this comprehensive action plan...
