And I'm sure all those foreign companies that can fulfill these requirements will be queuing up to take UK taxpayers money! When will a UK Govt understand that UK new technology need = UK economic opportunity and put the mechanisms in place to ensure we benefit from these initiatives. They're all a bunch of industrial traitors!
