Working CCTV on Buses & Tubes would have significantly speeded up the tracing process of at least where they got on and off if not catching an "ID". CCTV costs a great deal less than the ID card scheme. Might it even have put the bombers off? Although there WAS one on the bus, (sadly not functioning) and was the Bomber even aware of this camera? Did they all wear "hoodies"? Should we now ban "hoodies" religious headscarves and big hats from Public Transport with CCTV? Where would that end? (This is a comment not my opinion!)
