What kind of people decide to take the law into their own hands? Instead of relaying their suspicions to the police or other authorities, they have invited subjected Richard Chang to a bogus interview, then subjected him to interrogation, without a chance of representation. What misconduct? It's alleged, at best, if Chang accused his immediate "superiors" of impropriety to their superiors. What a way to run a bank!
