The trouble with self-service websites is that many of them are so badly designed.
Sometimes they seem to be the work of experimenters who are not there to provide the service which appears to be offered but are in fact measuring the limits of human tolerance to imbecility among service providers.
Before the 'punters' are 'pushed' too hard into using 'self-service' websites against their will ... can we ensure that those funded from taxation meet our criteria for best practice?
