How stupid can you get?
Surely anyone sending an e-mail is aware that it is no more secure than a post-card. Wake up and smell the coffee! If you want a secure transmission then send it as a secure file or use pgp or equivalent. Who knows if the authorities can read pgp files? But at least it is more secure than open e-mail. And BTW not all ISPs are the same. I run a small service for about a couple of hundred clients and have never looked or even considered looking at their e-mail and I would not have to set up a mirror to do so either. I am sure there are other ethical operators around, but I would never assume that to be the case!
