As a college student, this will be a very interesting series of cases to study. Obviously there will be some constitutional ans analysis issues since the law could be interpeted in many ways. I'm betting on there needing to be a new law passed to extend the powers of the FCC to enforce any new policies in this area. The justices tend to be very cautious if it appears there's a chance that the majority in congress wouldn't vote on a bill explicitly allowing the new enforcement policy. There's a lot of weight on their shoulders since mistakes made in the US Supreme court have probally caused one civil war to be faught a lot sooner then it otherwise would have been among other consequences of their decisions - both good and bad.
As a college student, this will be a very interest...
