So use the information access legislation to ask for details of the data to the government as needed to respond to government requests .

And - if they decline to hand over that information then the ISP can take them to court - and will - presumably have to disclose what, and who the information they were refused is about.
That will work wonders for the 'Special Branch' and other 'Intelligence' organisations investigations
