You know, it seems like the industry is just trying to win suit against a large entity like Google for the impact that'll have on subsequent decisions of this nature. Google isn't copying the full-size, or even half-size images, since iff the site is password protected, you can't see the whole image from Google anyway. All you get is a hard-to-see, relatively useless little thumbnail. What a joke this trial is.
