Would Apple's massive legal budget have anything to do with this decision? Legal proposals which are still under consideration are all too often interpreted badly. This is merely a ploy to stall proceedings. Let's face facts - a massive counter claim from the likes of Apple must be a daunting prospect, even for a country like France.
