So who's going to tell him that the magnetic strip on the back of credit cards facilitates skimming and therefore fraud and terrorism funding.
The banks have to adhere to an international standard that retains the strip? Do I care? I want my money secure, I do not want my bank supplying me with a piece of plastic that facilitates fraud. Thanks banks. You made your problem our problem. So nobody at the banks thought, 'This standard is insecure, so let's use a different one'?
So we let banks facilitate fraud, make years of record profits and now the Bank of England is going to bail them out of the great property price bubble? Nice, eh?
