"National Fraud Strategic Authority"?

Until 10 years ago National meant across the whole of the UK, but this is restricted to England & Wales. Yet again different policies will apply in Scotland and Northern Ireland that will reduce the effectiveness of this initiative.

Presumably each of those countries will set up something similar, leading to duplication of effort.
