You know what the Americans can be like when it comes to relaying a story!

What I am trying to say is that we should at least make sure that he did cause the 'damage' he is accused of causing and that the damage did actually amount to the value stated.

In my experience...hackers like this, don't cause companies trouble by deleting files etc. they are simply after information and then they leave...systems unharmed.

Its the uber-crackers that you want to watch out for..now these guys would cause you some problems!

This said, I am not saying that what he did wasn't wrong, but I wouldn't like a fellow IT person go to jail for a crime he didn't commit (if he can get in contact...maybe he should hire...the A-Team (que music)!!!!).
