Microsoft CEO and chairman Bill Gates has publicly spoken out for the first time since the US Court of Appeals decision to allow his firm to legally bundle Internet Explorer with all versions of Windows.
Gates said the ruling proves that the "only thing at the heart of their [US Department of Justice's] suit is their attempt to block innovation". He carried on to claim that "the heart of the case has gone", but wants to lay to rest the software giant's other legal issues.
