European mobile phone distributor, European Telecom has issued a profit warning only two months after reporting a strong quarterly result.
The company said sales from its Asian, African and Middle Eastern divisions - which previously accounted for 37 per cent of its income - have fallen well below target.
European Telecom also explained that a push into a more expensive line of products had failed to gain the rewards it hoped. Analysts expect a £5m drop in profits in comparison to last year.
