Wayne Channon, founder and chairman of computer distributor, ilion, has resigned. He will be replaced by Michael Sayers, previously a non-executive director. Serge van Gorkum, from Top Log, will take over as chief executive.
A spokesman for ilion said: "After three profit warnings, he felt it best to go. The problems we had earlier in the year with the new distribution system led to a £1m charge. We have sorted those out now and the business in France is going well."
