The IT Directors Forum, due to take place on board the ship, Oriana, on Thursday, has been cancelled at the last minute.
According to organiser, Richmond Events, a refit carried out by the ship's owner, P&O, has not been completed in time for the event to take place.
Richmond said it is trying to reschedule the Forum for later in the year.
