Electronic Data Systems (EDS) has launched an Internet billing service for European customers.
The system is based on the same technology that is already on offer in the US.
The company says it is targeting banks and financial service companies, as well as government agencies, and expects the business-to-business sector to grow at a much faster rate than business-to-consumer services.
