Networking reseller Data Integration (DI) has re-launched itself to specialise in services for the small business market.
The company has identified this as a sector suffering from a lack of networking, data, security and voice integration services. It will include personnel as part of its offering to provide network support and get involved in the business of the company.
Simon Crumplin, managing director at DI, said: "Resellers offer maintenance but we will be building relationships with customers as well as getting involved in business processes."
He added that the current players want to get involved but have failed to come up with the solution for the smaller players.
