Internet mortgage company, Charcolonline, has launched a service specifically designed for IT contractors.
It features more than 200 mortgage deals targeting IT contractors - who despite their high earning potential have traditionally found it difficult to get mortgage approval because of inconsistent work patterns.
However, Charcolonline claims many providers are now altering their assessment criteria and vying for the IT contractors' business. The Charcolonline Web site can help point contractors to the lender most suitable to their needs.
