LWT loses MD to pop music start-up

Worldpop.com has poached LWT managing director Liam Hamilton to join the pop music content provider.

Hamilton has been appointed CEO of the start-up, which launched earlier this year with backing from venture capital group 3i.

A spokeswoman from LWT told silicon.com that Hamilton feels confident he has made the right decision and sees the appointment as an exciting opportunity.
