silicon.com unveils European start-up report

silicon.com has launched European Entrepreneur 2000 (http://www.silicon.com/ee2000 ), a special report which brings together news, views, features and interviews about the current start-up scene across the continent.

By Tony Hallett

Published: 11 September 2000 10:00 GMT

The EE2000 site features columns from venture capitalists, video interviews with leading entrepreneurs (including nCipher's Alex van Someren, and, soon, Autonomy's Mike Lynch) and market analysis from silicon.com's own pan-European team of journalists.

The site is divided into six sections - France, Germany, Scandinavia, Spain, the UK, plus a Europe-wide channel - to compare different start-up conditions, and contrast developments with North America.

There is also a chance to tell us what you think and a competition to win a flight on a jet fighter.
