Software provider for the car dealer trade Kalamazoo Computers is in talks to sell its business.
Following a sharp increase in its share price the company confirmed it is up or sale and is in talks with an undisclosed party, thought to be a rival software firm, according to the Financial Times.
The company employs 1,000 staff and reported a loss of £4m on sales of £48m for its last fiscal year.
