Get on your bike (or rather, put on your hiking boots) for disabled kids
Published: 7 March 2002 11:30 GMT
IT Relief - the IT industry focused charity dedicated to fundraising for the benefit of children - is organising a trek down part of the Yangtze river in November this year.
The area is going to be flooded in 2003 as part of a dam-building project, so this will be the last chance to see a stunning part of the world - and raise money for a good cause in the process.
IT Relief's aim is to raise £50,000 to help children with disabilities - and it needs your help.
The charity is looking for plucky people in the IT industry to join the trek. There is a £300 non-refundable registration fee, and you will need to raise a further £2,700 (minimum) in sponsorship in order to participate in the trek.

If that doesn't appeal, there are many other ways you can support IT Relief - see http://www.itrelief.org for more details.
