silicon.com CIO Forum offer - need the ear of an IT chief?

Leading CIOs, IT directors and heads of IT will be gathering at the silicon.com CIO Forum on 27 September at the Park Lane Hotel, London - and you have until 31 August to get there at an early bird rate.
